Our Paper Mache Puppets

We have been making paper mache puppets.  First we had to blow up a balloon, then we had to put 3 layers of paper mache on it, then we had to put on the features, two more layers of paper mache and then we painted on the features and put hair on.  We then decorated the puppet dresses.  We love our puppets and are learning how to use them. 

 

Lichtenstein Art

We have been doing Ben-Day dot pictures.  This art was made popular by Lichtenstein who did pop art. Ben-Day dot art is found in comics.
